Our Service

BookedKeeper provides a comprehensive, one-time branding and marketing service designed specifically for bookkeeping practices. Our service project includes the creation of a custom professional website, Google Business Profile optimization, brand assets (logo and icons), local link building, initial online reviews, and a press release. The goal of this project is to create a self-sufficient client acquisition asset for your practice.

Your Responsibilities

As a BookedKeeper client, you agree to provide timely and accurate information during the onboarding process, attend scheduled project meetings, and make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. You are also responsible for conducting your business professionally and ethically with any clients acquired through our service.

Our Responsibilities

We agree to deliver all components of the service as outlined in your service agreement. This includes the creation of all digital assets and providing two years of ongoing technical and security support for your website after launch, which also covers content changes and publishing new pages as needed.

Pricing and Payment

The service is provided on a one-time fee basis. There are no ongoing or monthly fees for this service.

Limitation of Liability

BookedKeeper is committed to delivering a high-quality service. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, such as a specific number of new clients, as these are affected by various external factors. BookedKeeper’s total liability is limited to the total project fee paid to our company for services rendered.

Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these terms to reflect adjustments to our services. We will promptly inform you of any significant updates that affect our agreement.

Governing Law

These terms and your relationship with BookedKeeper are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms will be resolved under those laws.
