Our Service

BookedKeeper connects bookkeepers with potential clients. We schedule discovery calls with pre-qualified prospects tailored to your practice. Our goal is to simplify the process of growing your bookkeeping business by handling the time-consuming task of lead generation.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of BookedKeeper, you agree to provide accurate information about your practice. We expect you to conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with prospects and respect the confidentiality of any information shared during these interactions. You also agree to pay for our services as outlined in our agreement.

Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing qualified leads that match your specified criteria. We'll schedule discovery calls at mutually convenient times for you and the prospects. Additionally, we offer support and guidance to help you maximize the value of our service and grow your practice effectively.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing model is simple and transparent. We charge a fee of $250 per scheduled discovery call, with a minimum commitment of 5 calls. We also charge a one-time setup fee of $500. This structure ensures you have enough opportunities to connect with potential clients right from your first batch of calls.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our service with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within your first 45 days or up to your first 5 completed appointments, whichever comes first. No questions asked – your satisfaction is our priority. We also replace any no-shows at no extra cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best service possible, we can't guarantee specific outcomes. Every business is unique, and results can vary. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. We'll notify you of any significant changes to ensure you're always aware of the current terms of our agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved according to these laws.
